Receipt Acknowledgement


To enable your Cryptocard, please follow these steps:

1. Set a PIN for your card using the instructions included with your Cryptocard.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your new PIN cannot be easily guessed.
  • Protect your PIN from access by others and try not to lose or forget your PIN.
  • If you do forget you PIN, you will need to return your card to the ICN Accounts Office to be reinitialized.
  • If you need assistance, contact the ADIT Help Desk at (505) 665-4444.

2. Accept receipt of your Cryptocard

I have received my LANL Unclassified Cryptocard.  I have read and I understand Your Responsibilities When Using an ICN Tokencard and agree to fulfill those responsiblities.
